Order reference

How tracking usually works

Merchant reference — PepLush gives you an order code at checkout. That tracks payment + packing status here.
Courier waybill — After we ship, we add the J&T / Lalamove tracking number so you can follow the package on the courier’s site.
Live GPS / scans — Couriers update “picked up → in transit → out for delivery → delivered.” PepLush status mirrors our fulfillment steps until then.
