You pay at checkout after reviewing your cart and delivery details. Scan the QR for your chosen method, then upload your payment receipt as proof. Our team verifies payment manually; only then is your order placed and confirmed. If payment is not completed, your submission may be recorded but it is not placed or confirmed until proof is verified.
Upload your payment receipt (screenshot or PDF) on the final checkout step before submitting your order. If you accidentally close the page without uploading proof, place the order again and resend your receipt, or contact us via WhatsApp or support@peplush.com with your order reference. We verify the transfer before dispatching your kit.
Not at this time. PepLush uses manual e-wallet and bank transfer verification for Philippines orders. We do not accept alternative payment arrangements.
Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed by our team. Delivery times vary by location within the Philippines. You'll receive tracking details when your shipment is on its way.
